How This Training Works
Welcome! This program prepares you for entry-level technology jobs at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Here's how to get the most out of it.
1. Complete Seven Missions
Work through each mission in order: Passenger Check-In, Customer Service Challenge, Gate Operations, Baggage Routing, Passenger Assistance, and Airport Cybersecurity. Each has a realistic scenario and step-by-step instructions.
2. Make Choices & Get Feedback
Read each step, then click the best answer. You'll get immediate feedback explaining why your choice was right or wrong, plus points for correct answers.
3. Unlock the Next Mission
You must finish each mission before the next one unlocks. The progress bar at the top shows your status across all seven missions. You can retry any mission to improve your score.
4. Pass the Final Assessment
After all seven missions, take a final assessment. Your overall score is out of 100. A score of 80 or higher means you Passed and can submit your completion record.
Accessibility Tips
- • Audio instructions: Click the "Audio Off" button in the top-right corner to turn on spoken instructions.
- • Keyboard friendly: Use Tab to move between buttons and Enter to select. A clear focus outline shows where you are.
- • Large text & contrast: Text is sized for easy reading with strong color contrast throughout.
- • Take your time: There are no timers. Re-read any step and retry missions as many times as you need.
